The goal of this website is to help Rehoused LAUSD Teachers (Los Angeles Unified
School District) understand the process of rehousing, their rights in the process,
and how to protect abuse of those rights by the Los Angeles Unified
Even though this site contains many links to State, Federal, Legal, LAUSD
and UTLA (United Teachers of Los Angeles) resources, it has NOT been approved,
endorsed, nor recommended by these sources. The information presented
is solely the opinion of the authors.
This site does not offer legal advice, nor does it seek to offer anything but
options, information, and possible resources to help LAUSD Housed teachers.
Presently, hundreds of LAUSD teachers are being removed from their teaching
positions on the basis of accusation. Lacking any semblance of due process,
transparency, independent oversight, or fairness these teacher-victims are
coerced and manipulated into permanent banishment from the teaching profession through the actions of the current Superintendent, Mr. John Deasy.
This site’s purpose is not to defend educators who are guilty of egregious
or serious wrong-doing. Rather, Its goal is to advocate for fairness in the implementation of Superintendent Deasy's rehousing policy and petition for a true system of fair and honest teacher discipline.
Until an open, fair, transparent district policy inclusive of collective bargaining
rights is implemented, LAUSD teachers continue to be victims of a superintendent
whose actions by their very nature and method of implementation have become symbolic of the very definition of "Egregious Act."
This site is under constant construction and will be frequently updated.
